Welcome

Hello there! I'm so happy you stumbled upon me. Are you in search of a secure environment where you can explore therapeutic options beyond just confiding in your loved ones, allowing you to pinpoint and address your mental health concerns? I understand how challenging it can be to locate therapists who are attuned to different cultures and equipped to offer trauma-conscious care.

Suffering goes beyond mere physical pain; it involves a mental transformation that leaves you feeling powerless and vulnerable. The impact of suffering is particularly deep when you hold a marginalized identity, be it related to gender, ethnicity, or queer status.

Recognizing and honoring the intricacies of navigating life within a marginalized community is crucial. I am here to support you through unpacking emotional pain, navigating the healing process, and rediscovering your self-worth and inner strength. Together, we will work on establishing healthy boundaries in your relationships, rooted in mutual respect, so you can truly understand that You Matter.

At Suzuki Therapy, PLLC, our focus is on helping individuals discover their authentic selves, regardless of whether they belong to a marginalized community. My approach is gentle and understanding, recognizing that healing often takes time. I incorporate humor into our sessions to uplift your spirit and create a positive atmosphere. Remember, healing is always possible.

My specialty includes treating individual adults surviving from childhood sexual abuse, transgenerational trauma, racism, ableism related to neurodivergence, queer, grief and loss.

Individual session fees $150.
